Aion Online - Spiritmaster Review

My own greatest experience playing a Spiritmaster (Summoner) was in FF11, and it was a blast. My own experience with these classes could be summed up in just 1 statement, they’re not simple to play. Having numerous pets and abilities means a lot of work and testing. The Spiritmaster uses magic to create elemental spirits based on four facets of nature: Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire. As Aion Spiritmaster you take your strength from the elements, you summon really cool looking elementals that fight for you, buff you or even decide close to death fights for you. The Spiritmaster with his pets are great teams and assets for any group they join. The Aion Spiritmaster class by itself  has less attack damage than the Sorcerer class, so you must avoid direct combat at all costs – position your elemental spirits to deal and absorb damage for you. One of the neatest features imho that the Spiritmaster has is the ability to swap aggro (or enmity) with your summoned spirits.

Master & Pet can endure very long fights in Atreia, even with elite mobs, and can be very influential in pitched battles. Dont be surprised if you decide the battle once in a while, its very common. The Spiritmaster has the option to let his pet do most of the damage, so he wont even get hit once and survive. A very powerful class in Aion, but shurly also one of the hardest to play. One of the reasons it’s so hard to play is that you have to control so many things at the same time, you really have to be on top of your game. If you enjoy complex classes rather then monotonous Melee fighting or Range DD’s I think you will enjoy the Spiritmaster very much. Drop a comment with your thoughts.
