Inpart to the fact, that people are unwilling to part with their rare higher level(Aion powerleveling) fluxes, to morph them into lower level ones.  Our oppinion is that theres just too damn many types of flux. There is 1 type for every gear tier. Titanium armor takes 1 type, worthy titanium takes a different type, durable titanium takes another, and then worthy durable titanium, another still. That's 4 flux types for one grade of armor. Then when you get into adamantium, throw the expert stuff onto that, and you've got another 6. You have easily 20+ types of ARMOR flux if you consider all armor levels, up to Orichalcum. Now multiply that by 3 (Weapon, armor, and accessory) which means you get a flux drop. There's a 1/6 chance it will be the type you want, and then couple that with the fact that you only get them off mobs you're farming for your level, thus getting fluxes for gear that you've already outgrown, it's kind of a raw deal.
