You all know that Aion online is somewhat new in terms of PvPvE as NCsoft developers call it. This weekend the first try to conquer a fortress was on the way. As usual the entire raid and the people that followed didn’t really have a plan of what was to be done or what is imperative to prepare in order to reach victory. So as all who don’t know the phrase (RTFM) this was fun but not a true attempt. So we stormed the abyss with high hopes and a feeling of true adventure, we took the gate entered the main gate and fought our way down to the General. With at least about 250 players in that room nobody really gave it a second thought and all of them started pounding this 20m tal dragon like looking boss. After 10 to 15min some started to notice that this general is no joke, he only lost about 3% of he’s HP (Health Points) so they had to rethink what they where doing.

The magic word here is artifacts, so all i say is people you better RTFM before you attempt to kill a fortress general, it takes a lot of planing and leading to get those down. But I say whatever, it was alot of fun got myself a lot of AP (Abyss Points) and the next try will definitely be better. Hunt as a legion! Remember that while XP and AP are divided among those who fought, Contribution all goes towards one number. Make use of the legion warehouse. Have your legion mail or trade their unwanted Elemental stones, Balaur reagents, and other materials to an officer for storage. From there your legion leader can distribute them to your crafters fairly.Hold legion boss events. There are many Elite and Legendary bosses in Aion that take groups of people to take down. Bring your legion to ensure that the loot that drops will better your legion instead of someone else's.
